MOUNTAIN WEDDINGS

We have a rustic pristine mountain setting, a large meadow  with a river running through the  property  for riverside outdoor weddings or we have a dining hall, 30X60 with a nice extended  fireplace to get married in front of if weather does not cooperate outside.   The dining hall is aspen panelling halfway up the wall and dry wall on the top half.  Windows all the way around and a porch that extends around the exterior of the dining hall.  There is a modern kitchen. 

We have seating for 50.  Tables for 50.  We plan on extending our seating ability as time goes along.  But as of spring 2011, we have seating for 50. 

We have space for motorhomes or tents, but no hookups/sewers/electric  for motor homes.  You would have to get water and dump sewage in town before heading up the mountain. We are off the grid so all electricity is produced with a 35KW generator. 

We have a bath house with four showers in both the boys and girls bathrooms. 

What you will provide:

You would provide your own decorations, food, etc.   After you book the camp for your venue, if you would like to use a local mountain wedding planner with lots of experience in outdoor and indoor weddings, you can contact me for more details.  I would like to have the venue settled with dates and then I will give you the number of the woman that caters as well as is a wedding planner. She has the ability to give you a truly Colorado Mountain wedding experience.  She uses natural materials found in nature, to add to the outdoor beauty of your wedding.  Her costs would be separate from the cost of the rental.  You would deal directly with her for your planning and food if you so choose. 

The process for booking your wedding date are to:

1.  Contact us to set a date to visit the camp to see the facilities.  Or we can send you pictures of the ranch.

2.  Let us know how many you have in your party.________

3.  Send in a non-refundable deposit of half to save your dates.   ____________

30 days before the wedding, you need to send in the other half to pay out the balance.____________

4.  What facilities are you going to need?  Kitchen____  Dressing area_____  Indoor facilities_______

    Up to 50-$2000 a day                                   $1000 Deposit

    51-100-  $3000                                             $1500 Deposit

    101-150- $4000                                             $2000 Deposit

    151-200-$4500                                              $2250 Deposit

     201-300-$5000                                             $2500 Deposit
